How do I place an order?
It is simple! Choose the product you like the most and add it to the cart. Be careful to click on the specific color you want to buy. Then go to the cart and follow simple steps to complete an order. Carefully review your order and finish payment with the preferred payment method selected. Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay as methods of payment.
How will I know that my order has been confirmed?
We will send you a notification via email that you provided when placing an order.
What to do if I typed the wrong information while ordering?
Please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we might be able to take care of it. But If your order is already in the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it is still in the processing status and the order has not been shipped out yet. If you did not get an order confirmation message from us, please contact us ASAP, and we will take care of it.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
We are restocking our products as soon as we can. Just check a little bit later. If you are not a person who likes to wait a long time, you can always ask our help via our customer service.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Did you ship internationally?
We strive to include all countries worldwide so you can get our products everywhere. But unfortunately, we do not ship currently worldwide. The list of countries we are shipping to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
How much is the shipping?
For all orders shipping is FREE. But we are not responsible for all customs fees your home country charges.
How long does delivery take?
We are trying our best to process and ship out your order as soon as possible. However, processing may take about two business days (except weekends and Holidays; in these cases, orders will be processed after).
Usually, delivery takes 20 – 40 business days. But, again, there are circumstances beyond our control (impact of COVID-19, unexpected bad weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.), meaning that our shipping may delay and be longer than usual.
If I order multiple items, will they come in one packaging?
Often, each product may be shipped from different warehouses separately. As a result, you may receive one earlier than another, but they will get to you soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number after the product is shipped. You can use a tracking number to follow your order's journey to the destination. Please note that if you ordered multiple items, there might be different tracking orders for each product.
What to do if my tracking number isn’t working?
Please, wait about 1 – 2 business days. Tracking numbers can take some time to appear in the shipping carrier's system. If your tracking number is still not working within this time, please contact us.
Will my ordered product be in a special package?
Rutu Land cares about the environment, which means our products are not packed individually. We try to use minimal packaging materials whenever possible.
REFUND POLICY
What to do if a product comes damaged?
Rutu Land team is doing our best to check the product before shipping it to you. But, if your product comes damaged, please contact us and send the proof (photos and videos). In most cases, we will ship new products to you or make a full refund. Please note, that we can only guarantee full refunds on unused or gently used items.
What to do, if I didn't receive the item yet?
Don't hesitate to contact our customer service if there is a serious delay with your shipment.
What do I need to do when receiving a different product than what I ordered?
First, kindly check the order you placed and whether you clicked on the correct color/model you wanted. If everything is right on your side, please contact our customer service and send the proof of the wrong product you got (photo or video). After that, we will resend you the item you actually ordered.
How long after receiving the product can I request a refund?
You can request a refund if only the product came broken or defective. We have a 14 days return policy. This means after receiving the item, you have 14 days to request a refund.
