You can request a refund if only the product came broken, defective or you receive wrong item. We have a 14 days refund policy. This means after receiving the item, you have 14 days to request a refund.
Rutu Land team is doing our best to check the product before shipping it to you. But, if your product comes damaged, please contact us and send the proof (photos and videos). In most cases, we will ship new products to you or make a full refund. Please note that we can only guarantee full refunds on unused or gently used items.
If you receive the wrong item, first, kindly check the order you placed and whether you clicked on the correct color/model you wanted. If everything is right on your side, please contact our customer service and send the proof of the wrong product you got (photo or video). After that, we will resend you the item you actually ordered.
