Order Confirmation

When placing an order from Rutu Land, please carefully provide your address, mobile phone, and other data that is asked for. Once the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number. You can use a tracking number to follow your order's journey to the destination.

We will process your order within two business days. Exceptions are weekends and holidays; in this case, orders will be processed after. But, if you have not received an order confirmation from Rutu Land, please check your spam folder before contacting customer service.

Delivery countries and delivery time

We strive to include all countries worldwide so you can get our products everywhere. But unfortunately, we do not ship currently worldwide. Countries to which we provide shipments are Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States. 

We will deliver your order to your chosen address within 15-30 business days.

Please note that due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, as well as weather conditions, natural disasters, etc., our shipping may delay and be longer than usual.
